Return and Replacement Policy
All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to us within 10 days of your receipt of the product. All returns must be authorized by us. We will gladly replace broken or defective items. If you are not happy with the quality of your product, the company’s only obligation and the buyer’s exclusive remedy is the replacement of the product at no charge to the buyer. For users of www.coasterstone.com, terms are payment in advance by credit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. We will charge your credit card for the total value of your order including freight upon receipt of your order. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days from our Indianapolis, Indiana facility.

Cleaning instructions
Hindostone Products, recommends cleaning your coasters to keep them working properly. Cleaning instructions are included on every box. To clean your coasters, prepare a solution of 3 parts hot water (not boiling) and 1 part bleach. Soak the coasters overnight. Rinse, lay flat with the cork-side up and allow to air dry.
