Great customer service
I actually did not order the Austin Lake coasters, instead I wanted Long Lake in Cheboygan Michigan, which is not listed on the website. However, after sending an email, I got a quick response saying that Long Lake was available and given instructions on how to complete the order (which included ordering Austin Lake coasters). The service couldn't be any better and I'm sure these coasters will be well received as a gift.
