A. All orders are made to order. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days from our Carmel, Indiana facility.

Q. What if my order is damaged when it arrives?
A. All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to us within 10 days of your receipt of the product. All returns must be authorized by us. We will gladly replace broken or defective items.
Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. Production begins on all orders once the order is received. Since the orders are custom, we are unable to accept any returns. If we have sent the wrong item or the item is damaged, please contact us within 10 days for a replacement or credit.
Q. What forms of payment does CoasterStone accept?
A. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We will charge your credit card for the total value of your order including freight upon shipping your order.
Q. How do I clean them if they get dirty?
A. We recommend cleaning your coasters to keep them working properly. Cleaning instructions are included on every box. To clean your coasters, prepare a solution of 3 parts hot water (not boiling) and 1 part bleach. Soak the coasters overnight. Rinse, lay flat with the cork-side up and allow to air dry. This process may be repeated to remove stubborn stains such as coffee, wine and cola.
Q. Do your coasters really absorb moisture?
A. Yes, of course they do. CoasterStone coasters are the first truly absorbent coasters.
