Coasters as a last minute gift
Rarely do you have such a good purchase experience. I ordered online for a party I was invited to and decided to attend last minute. I noticed the site said pick up., I don’t have time for them to ship. I drove the 33 miles to the shop to find out the pick up date was 2-3 days, about the same as the ship date. I told them my dilemma, they said, “ if you can wait ten minutes, we will fire up the printer and make them for you now.” I was stunned that on a Friday afternoon around 3, anyone would offer this solution. I waited, they were perfect from our lake friend and I left smiling ear to ear that they were so considerate. I can’t wait to order them again, to go in and see such a thoughtful group of employees.
